Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging along with tags, accessories, and invoice.
- Return or exchange requests are subject to product inspection and approval by our support team.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method.
- In approved refund cases, the company will refund the amount equal to the product price paid by the customer.
- Shipping charges, COD fees, taxes, or additional service charges may be non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged product was delivered.
Exchange Policy
- Approved exchange requests are processed within 24 hours after verification.
- Replacement products are generally delivered within:
- 3–5 business days for metro cities
- 5–7 business days for other regions
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate personal, delivery, and contact information while placing orders.
- Orders are processed only after successful online payment or Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation.
- Customers are advised to review product details carefully before confirming their order.
Important Conditions
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Any fraudulent activity, false claims, misuse of policies, or suspicious transactions may lead to order cancellation, account suspension, or legal action by SRMN Global Pvt. Ltd..
Refund Assurance
If a refund request is approved according to the company policy, the product amount paid by the customer will be returned by the company after successful verification and processing.
