  • The refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method.
  • In approved refund cases, the company will refund the amount equal to the product price paid by the customer.
  • Shipping charges, COD fees, taxes, or additional service charges may be non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged product was delivered.

Exchange Policy

  • Approved exchange requests are processed within 24 hours after verification.
  • Replacement products are generally delivered within:
    • 3–5 business days for metro cities
    • 5–7 business days for other regions
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate personal, delivery, and contact information while placing orders.
  • Orders are processed only after successful online payment or Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation.
  • Customers are advised to review product details carefully before confirming their order.

Important Conditions

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Any fraudulent activity, false claims, misuse of policies, or suspicious transactions may lead to order cancellation, account suspension, or legal action by SRMN Global Pvt. Ltd..
