हमारे प्लेटफॉर्म पर Seller के रूप में पंजीकरण करके आप नीचे दिए गए नियमों और शर्तों का पालन करने के लिए सहमत होते हैं।
## 1. Seller Eligibility / विक्रेता पात्रता
Any individual, shop owner, wholesaler, reseller, manufacturer, or local business can register as a Seller.
कोई भी व्यक्ति, दुकान मालिक, थोक विक्रेता, निर्माता या स्थानीय व्यवसाय Seller के रूप में पंजीकरण कर सकता है।
## 2. GST & Legal Compliance / GST एवं कानूनी अनुपालन
* Sellers having GST registration must provide valid GST details.
जिन Sellers के पास GST है, उन्हें वैध GST जानकारी देनी होगी।
* Small or local sellers without GST may also sell products if eligible under government exemption limits.
छोटे या स्थानीय विक्रेता जिनके पास GST नहीं है, वे सरकारी नियमों के अनुसार उत्पाद बेच सकते हैं।
* Sellers are responsible for following Indian tax and business laws.
भारतीय कर एवं व्यापार नियमों का पालन करना Seller की जिम्मेदारी होगी।
## 3. Product Listing Rules / उत्पाद सूची नियम
Seller must ensure that:
Seller को सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि:
* Product information is correct and genuine.
उत्पाद की जानकारी सही और वास्तविक हो।
* Uploaded images are clear and original.
अपलोड की गई तस्वीरें स्पष्ट और मूल हों।
* No illegal or prohibited products are listed.
कोई अवैध या प्रतिबंधित उत्पाद सूचीबद्ध न किया जाए।
* Product prices and stock are updated regularly.
उत्पाद मूल्य और स्टॉक समय-समय पर अपडेट किए जाएँ।
## 4. Orders & Delivery / ऑर्डर एवं डिलीवरी
* Sellers are responsible for timely dispatch of orders.
समय पर ऑर्डर भेजना Seller की जिम्मेदारी होगी।
* Delayed or damaged products may result in action against the Seller account.
देर से या खराब उत्पाद भेजने पर Seller account पर कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।
* Good customer service must be maintained.
ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार बनाए रखना आवश्यक है।
## 5. Payment Policy / भुगतान नीति
* Payments will be processed according to the platform payment schedule.
भुगतान प्लेटफॉर्म की भुगतान प्रक्रिया के अनुसार किया जाएगा।
* Applicable commission or service charges may be deducted.
लागू कमीशन या सेवा शुल्क काटा जा सकता है।
## 6. Seller Responsibilities / विक्रेता की जिम्मेदारियाँ
The Seller agrees:
Seller सहमत होता है कि:
* No false information will be provided.
कोई गलत जानकारी नहीं दी जाएगी।
* Product quality and customer trust will be maintained.
उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता एवं ग्राहक विश्वास बनाए रखा जाएगा।
* Returns and refunds will be handled fairly.
रिटर्न एवं रिफंड को उचित तरीके से संभाला जाएगा।
## 7. Account Suspension / खाता निलंबन
SRMN E Market Place reserves the right to suspend or remove any Seller account for:
SRMN E Market Place निम्न कारणों से किसी भी Seller account को बंद या निलंबित कर सकता है:
* Fraudulent activity / धोखाधड़ी
* Fake products / नकली उत्पाद
* Policy violations / नीति उल्लंघन
* Serious customer complaints / गंभीर ग्राहक शिकायतें
## 8. Limitation of Liability / उत्तरदायित्व सीमा
SRMN E Market Place acts only as an online marketplace platform.
SRMN E Market Place केवल एक ऑनलाइन मार्केटप्लेस प्लेटफॉर्म है।
The Seller is fully responsible for products, taxes, warranties, and legal compliance.
उत्पाद, टैक्स, वारंटी एवं कानूनी अनुपालन की पूरी जिम्मेदारी Seller की होगी।
## 9. Policy Updates / नीति में परिवर्तन
SRMN E Market Place, operated by SRMN Global Private Limited, reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
